Banksy’s “Peckham Rock” is a really fantastic piece of art, a wooden replica from the British Museum in London that shows a supposedly prehistoric figure pushing a shopping trolley. It was placed in the British Museum in 2005, accompanied by an authentic-looking information label, and was on display for three days before someone noticed something was wrong.
The back of the original replica contains a copy of the text that was originally displayed along with Banksy’s wall art and the only original piece on display at the museum.

Banksy’s ‘Peckham Rock’ is a real fantastic art piece wooden replica from the British Museum in London, of concrete showing a supposed prehistoric figure pushing a shopping trolley.
